$250 for each single zone heat pump system

The Up to $500 Visa Gift Card Spring Promotion begins April 1st, 2024, and ends with contracts signed by
May 15th, 2024 and with eligible systems installed by May 31st, 2024.
Homeowners will receive a Visa gift card in the amount of the earned rebate (maximum of $500) by July 31st, 2024. Additional offer restrictions will be provided at the time of the initial appointment. This Offer may be combined with the $100 Limited Time Gift Card Promotion. *** Federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Tax Credit (25C)
The 2024 Federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Tax Credit (25C) is not offered by or administered by City Fuel.
The Internal Revenue Code 25C tax credit is a credit that directly reduces the federal taxes owed (but not below zero – taxpayer must have a federal income tax liability to offset).
The 25C tax credit has been expanded in tax year 2024, in accordance with Section 25C of the US tax code, to allow for qualified taxpayers to claim up to 30% of qualified expenditures for installed qualified air conditioning units (meeting elevated efficiency limits1) with an annual tax credit of up to $600; and when the project includes a high-efficiency heat pump system (meeting or exceeding the highest performance tier set by the Consortium for Energy Efficiency2), an annual tax credit of up to $2000.
Only certain models of air conditioning units and heat pump systems qualify for the 25C tax credit. Energystar.gov provides details.

- Qualified Air Source Heat Pumps:
- Ducted Split Systems: ENERGY STAR certified equipment with HSPF ≥ 7.8, SEER2 ≥ 15.2, EER2 ≥11.7
- Packaged Systems: ENERGY STAR certified equipment with SEER2 ≥ 15.2, EER2 ≥ 11.5 (also including gas/electric package units)
- Ductless Mini-Split (Non-Ducted) Systems: ENERGY STAR certified equipment with SEER2 ≥ 16, EER2 ≥ 12, HSPF2 ≥9.Heat pump models with the ENERGY STAR Cold Climate* designation:
- Ducted Systems (split and packaged): SEER ≥ 15.2, EER2 ≥ 10 and HSPF2 ≥ 8.1.
- Mini-Split Systems: SEER2 ≥ 16, EER ≥ 9, and HSPF ≥ 9.5

The Up To $1250 Rebate Offer is through the NHSaves program. The NHSaves program requirements to qualify for the Up To $1250 Rebate Offer are available at NHsaves.com. The Up To $1250 in Rebates Offer only applies to certain Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps installed for residential applications and does not apply to cooling only systems. Valid for purchases made from 1/1/2024 to 12/31/2024. Rebate requests must be submitted to NHSaves and postmarked by 1/31/2025.
To participate in the Up To $1250 Rebate Offer through the NHSaves program you must comply with all the conditions imposed by NHSaves, which include that you must be a NH residential customer of a participating utility (Eversource, Liberty and Unitil) and the system must be installed in City Fuel’s service area. The Up To $1250 Rebate Offer offered by NHSaves is a limited time offer while program funds are available and this program may be changed by NHSaves at any time. Per the terms of the NHSaves program, this rebate may not be combined with any other utility offer.
You are responsible for submitting the rebate form to NHSaves within 60 days from the installation date together with a copy of a dated City Fuel invoice and a valid electric utility account number of a copy of your most recent utility bill.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for rebate progressing by NHSaves. Incomplete information will delay or disqualify rebate. City Fuel does not guarantee NHSaves rebate funding availability. All offers are subject to product and installation team availability.
